My current makeup wishlist is not very extensive. I only have one brand (Chanel) and one product type (Rouge Coco Gloss) that I really want and am very interested in. The new reformulated, non-sticky, ultra-light formula will leave the lips visibly smooth and plump. The new glosses also boast an new innovative, dual-sided applicator to ensure optimal and even coverage and high precision. The are currently 24 shades to choose from. I have my eye on two in particular:
#722 NOCE MOSCATA
The new glossimers are enriched with Coconut Oil, Peptides and Vitamin E, and a Hydraboost Complex (exclusive to Chanel). This new formula claims to offer hours of comfort and moisture. I’ve seen reviews where people say the new glosses are a vast improvement over the old formula.

The new #Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector shades are no.07 Toffee Pink Shimmer and no. 08 Plum Shimmer. @clarinsnews
These are gorgeous shades and are super glossy with no detectable shimmer. The wear is comfortable and plum shimmer leaves a slight stain. Toffee Pink gives me the my lips but better look.
Disclaimer: I received this product at a Clarins Spring press event at Bloomingdale’s. This does not influence my opinion and this review is based on my experience with the product.

This set of glossed were originally available April 7th for VIB Rouges and April 16th in-stores (Sephora). I purchased this set on sale on July 12th for $24.00 (12 x 0.05 oz. / 0.60 oz. or 1.40g total). Original price was $49.00. As of today, the 19th, it is no longer available at Sephora.com. I like these gloss libraries that BITE Beauty releases once a year. Last year I picked up the DECONSTRUCTED ROSE LIP GLOSS LIBRARY and really liked it and the rose scent. This year’s library of glosses is not as fragrant as the other. The scent is hard to describe primarily because there is hardly one but it is slight floral/fruity. Extremely mild. The formula is slightly thicker than most glosses but is not sticky. Over all I like these glosses and although I will not wear them all (two, four, five, six are out) I will enjoy them.
Below are swatches taken with and without flash. Each gloss only has the number on the bottom sticker. From L to R: One -Yellow, Two – Light pink, Three – Pink, Four – Lavender
L to R: Five – Green, Six – Pink, Seven – Red, Eight – Coral
L to R: Nine – Plum, Ten – Dark Pink, Eleven – Fuchsia, Twelve – Purple Berry

Finally Charlotte Tilbury is finally in the US!!!! P.S. This post is very late but timely. I have been waiting for this for a few years now as it was only available and talked about in the UK. I purchased these two items from Beautylish and CT is now available at Nordstrom.
Lip Lustre Luxe Color-Lasting Lip Lacquer in Unleash Me ($22)
Cheek to Chic Swish & Pop Blush in Sex on Fire ($40)
Disclaimer- this image does not do this blush justice. I tried to get a better pick for a truer color but couldn’t. It is deep mauve- rose, although it looks more peach. On my skin it gives the perfect natural blush look as shown in the pic below. Absolutely GORGEOUS and worth ever penny.
Top: Outer ring, center, both blended
The New NYC Expert Last Lip Color in Sugar Plum is described as a moisturizing, long wearing and comfortable lipstick that can lasts up to 6 hours. It retails between $1.99 – $6 and can be found at most retailers such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Amazon etc.
It is a rosy plum shade that gives a high shine frost. It tends to settle in the fine lines of the lips especially if one does not ‘pre-treat’ with a balm. This is a universal shade that can be worn year round although the finish may not be for everyone.

Viva Glam Rhianna II is a warm silver mauve frost lipstick. I’m not really a fan of this shade or finish but since 100% of VIva Glam sales go towards helping those suffering from HIV/ AIDS. Always a worthy cause and I usually buy VGs even though I may not like the lipsticks.
The New 1D makeup collection is about launch!!!! Are you excited? Here is a peek at two of the items in the “Up All Night” set in The Looks Collection. I Should Have Kissed You is a bubblegum pink matte creme lipstick and Taken – a Liquilights Glow Gloss which is a very glittery very pink lip gloss that glows neon orange under UV light.
L to R: I Should Have Kissed You and Taken
I Should Have Kissed You alone
I Should Have Kissed You with Taken on top
My thoughts: They are really nice colors and this pink is wearable (if you are a fan of neon pink lip products). The lipstick is a bit drying and the gloss is very glittery, this is certainly marketed towards younger 1D fans.

This is a limited edition collection.
The Deconstructed Rose Lip Gloss Library from BITE Beauty
These glosses have numbers instead of names e.g. one, three, ten etc., and range from of, light pinks to deep purple reds. Each gloss is 0.05 oz is created with natural and food-grade ingredients.
Trans-Resveratrol – is a stilbenoid (natural phenol) and a phytoalexin (a defense chemical naturally produced by some plants when exposed to pathogens. It is also found in the skin of red grapes and in other fruits. Many studies have recently been published touting resveratrol as the new it ‘chemical’ that will help with premature ageing.
These glosses are rose scented, some reviews of these glosses complain of the rose scent. I personally love the rose and this library has two key rose ingredients.
Rosa Damascena – The Damask Rose or the Rose of Castile, most likely its essential oil.
Rose Glacia – I could not find any information on this.

L to R: Five (mauve), Six (dusty rose), Seven (dusty coral), Eight (muted cherry)
L to R: Nine (apple red), Ten (jewel red), Eleven (dark red/brown), Twelve (deep purple- magenta)
